Activity report (November-December 2023)
Summary of aid delivered to Ukraine in November-December 2023:
November 1st. – Support transferred to the Ukrainian Charity and Support Foundation Благодійний Фонд «Свій за свого» (driver Valentin Blagodarenko): 80 units of foot and hand warmers, 10 units of thermal T-shirts for soldiers, 3 bags of hats, scarves, gloves and socks for civilians living on the front line – 40 kg.
November 12th – Support transferred to the Ukrainian Charity and Support Foundation Благодійна Органиція Благодійний Фонд «Серце медицинский» (driver – Teisutis Milickis): fabrics and sewing accessories (fittings) for tailors working in Poltava who sew clothing for soldiers – 7 rolls, 4 boxes = 176.8 kg; fabrics and sewing accessories (fittings) for tailors working in Kiev who sew clothing for soldiers – 36 units (rolls and boxes) = 704.7 kg; total – 881.50 kg. Also, this car transported support transferred to the Dnipro city hospital for the Association “Republic of Creators Masters” (Aivaras Norbutas): medical diapers – 36 units = 85.9 kg. Total 967.4 kg
November 12 and 25. Sergej Romanov was transferred (the items listed below were taken to the Ukrainian organization Спилка витеранов АТО и мыротворчих миссий):
November 12th – fabrics for tailors in the city of Vapnerka who sew clothes for soldiers (2 rolls, 39.3 kg), trench candles (3 boxes, 137.8 kg), hats for soldiers (2 bags, 17.2 kg), knitted socks (2 boxes, 12.7 kg), thin socks (1 box, 1 kg), food products (4 boxes, 21 kg), blankets (7 pcs., 26.4 kg), total – 255.4 kg.
November 25th – Tapes for sewing stretchers (2 bags, 18 kg.), a sewing machine and overlock (40 kg), gloves, socks (5 kg), new sheep wool blanket scraps from UAB Barker textiles (20 kg), fabrics for tailors of the city of Vapnerka who sew clothes for soldiers (4 rolls, 40 kg), bandages (5 kg), sewing threads, fittings (40 kg), knitting threads (8 kg), a total of 176 kg. Total – 431 kg.
November 15th – Support transferred to the Ukrainian Charity and Support Foundation Благодійній Фонд «Свій за свого» (driver Mindaugas Černiauskas): detergents, hygiene products, wet wipes (55 kg), tent (5 kg), hats (10 kg), bandages (2 kg). Total – 72 kg
November 18. – Support was transferred to the Ukrainian Charity and Support Fund Благодійна организация «ЮА» (driver Valdas Bartkevičius): food products (27 pcs., 373.5 kg), hygiene products (2 pcs., 20.5 kg), bandages (1 box, 10 kg), clothing for soldiers (9 bags, 78.9 kg), camouflage nets (3 pcs., 12 kg), thermos for food (1 pc., 5 kg.), total 499.9 kg.
November 25th – Support transferred to the Ukrainian Charity and Support Foundation Благодійна организация «ЮА» (driver Andrius Andrulionis): blankets, rugs, sleeping bags for Ukrainian soldiers, sewing supplies (belts for sewing stretchers) (31 units, 210 kg).
November 29th – Support transferred to the Ukrainian Charity and Support Foundation Благодійна организация «Благодійнійн фонд «Соціальний фонд здоров’я» (driver Yavtushenko Viktoriia): products for the hospital (tea, medicinal drinks), medical instruments (catheters, tubes, etc.), medical diapers, crutches/canes for the disabled, medical mattresses (50 pcs., 179 kg), hospital textiles (bedding, clothes for soldiers treated in the hospital, medical gowns, blankets) (17 pcs., 96.4 kg), trench candles, net base for the production of camouflage nets (7 pcs., 152.1 kg), total – 427.5 kg.
December 1. – Support was transferred to the Ukrainian Charity and Support Fund Благодійна организация «ЮА» (drivers Tadas Venzlauskas and Gytis Grabauskas): stoves "buržuikas" intended for Ukrainian soldiers (29 pcs., 1305 kg), trench candles (32 boxes, 480 kg), sheep wool blankets (30 pcs., 90 kg), total – 1875 kg.
In November, a total of 4,522.8 kg of support was exported to Ukraine.
Cash receipts and expenses to the bank account of the Charity and Support Foundation "United for Kindness" for the month of November:

- Revenue – 3305.08 EUR
- Costs – 2223.10 EUR
- Ending balance – 1494.56 EUR
The expenses were for fuel to transport aid to Ukraine, transfers via PayPal to the Ukrainian Charity and Support Foundation "Свій за свого", expenses for sending parcels via Lpexpress, UAB Kesko Senukai, UAB Pico line, Polymers Trading International AG, AB Agathum.

December 3rd. – Support transferred to the Ukrainian Charity and Support Foundation Благодійна организация «ЮА» (driver Vaidas Bakanov): food products (23 boxes, 247.4 kg), clothing and footwear for soldiers (9 bags, 81.8 kg), camouflage nets, mattresses and blankets for soldiers, electronic cigarette batteries (62 pcs., 334.8 kg), total – 664 kg.
December 5th – Support transferred to the Ukrainian Charity and Support Foundation Благодійна Органиція Благодійний Фонд Наталиї Ткачук (driver Antanas Ščiupokas): clothing for civilians (10 bags, boxes, 97.3 kg), stationery, school supplies (2 boxes, 21 kg), backpacks (2 boxes, 21 kg.), toys (1 box, 4.8 kg), knitting yarn (2 bags, 12.5 kg), total – 156.6 kg.
December 10th – Support transferred to the Ukrainian Charity and Support Foundation Благодійна организация «ЮА» (driver Jonas Palys): food products (8 boxes, 76.4 kg), hygiene products, wet wipes (2 boxes, 17.5 kg), bandages (2 boxes, 15 kg), clothing, blankets, pillows for soldiers (14 pcs., 59.4 kg), trench candles (3 boxes, 35 kg), total – 203.3 kg.

December 19th – Support transferred to the Ukrainian Charity and Support Foundation Благодійна организация «Благодійнійн фонд «Свій за свого» (driver Žilvinas Svitojus): honey (1 box, 24 kg), animal food (8 packages, 84.5 kg), bandages (1 box, 12.6 kg), clothing for civilians and soldiers (5 boxes, bags, 24.8 kg), trench candles and ordinary candles (6 boxes, 81.3 kg), camouflage net (1 pc., 5 kg), toys (1 box, 15 kg), total – 247.2 kg).
December 27th - Support transferred to the Charity and Support Fund of Ukraine Благодийна организация «Благодийный фонд «Свий за свой» (driver Lida Anushkevychus): 4 buckets of honey, 120 kg.
December 28th – Support transferred to the Ukrainian Charity and Support Foundation Благодійна организация «Благодійнійн фонд «Свій за свого» (driver Mindaugas Černiauskas): food products, Christmas gifts (27 boxes, 328 kg), hygiene products (2 boxes, 24 kg), clothing for soldiers (3 bags, 40 kg), underwear for soldiers (1 box, 15 kg), camouflage nets (2 pcs., 20 kg), blankets (2 bags, 20 kg), construction bags (1 bag, 5 kg), trench candles (3 boxes, 30 kg), blankets (5 pcs., 10 kg), mattresses (5 pcs., 25 kg), knitting yarn (parcel) (1 box, 14 kg), knitting yarn for making camouflage clothing (1 bag, 12 kg), food for animals (41 kg), fabrics for to make items for auctions (29 kg), hats, scarves, socks, gloves, nutritional supplements and vitamins, toys for residents of the frontline (6 boxes, 66 kg), total – 649 kg.
December 29th – Support transferred to the Ukrainian Charity and Support Fund Благодійна организация «ЮА» (driver Andrius Andrulionis): food products (85 boxes, 990 kg), hygiene products (2 boxes, 20 kg), medicines and car first-aid kits for soldiers (10 boxes, 28 kg), blankets for soldiers (27 pcs., 75 kg), clothing and footwear for soldiers (5 bags, 50 kg), trench candles (1 box, 14 kg), camouflage net (6 pcs., 20 kg), construction film for soldiers (4 packages, 100 kg), total – 1297 kg. Also, according to the transfer-acceptance act, the following were transferred to Milda Goštautaitė for export to Ukraine: 7 camouflage nets, 1 sewing machine, 2 bags of knitting yarn, total – 101 kg.
In December, a total of 6,631.6 kg of support was exported to Ukraine.

August 8th – Support to the Ukrainian Charity and Support Fund “Spilka vyteranov ATO i myrotvorchih missii” (driver Oleksandr Sharuk): personal hygiene products (17.2 kg), bandages, disinfectant liquid, medicinal teas (51.6 kg), clothes for patients and bedding (military hospitals), ordinary candles for lighting, axes, stretchers (199.7 kg) – 268.5 kg.
August 11th – Support to the Ukrainian Charity and Support Fund “Spilka viteranov ATO i mirotvorchih missii” (driver Oleksandr Sharuk): food products (39.2 kg), wet wipes, mosquito repellents (3.7 kg), medical diapers, medical walkers, crutches, bandages, medical equipment – catheters (185.5 kg), clothes for patients in military hospitals + bedding (540 kg), mattresses, construction film (for bulletproof vests), pillows for soldiers, cooking pots for soldiers, camouflage nets for soldiers, 5 parcels (for forwarding to a tailor in Kiev, a seamstress in Poltava and paramedic Lyubov in Kiev), (506.1 kg) – 1274.5 kg.
August 16th – driver Oleg Aparakin, sent to Kiev – 2 camouflage nets and items for volunteer Elena (Славянск.помощь Животным и Старикам Paypal: polyninaelena00@gmail.com) – 3 boxes of toys for children living in the frontline areas, 4 large packages of medical diapers, nursing supplies – 66 kg.
August 18th – Support transported to Kiev by Stasys Tarailė's crew – medical masks, respirators (for a Ukrainian organization that takes care of the evacuation of soldiers' bodies from war zones), clothes for patients in military hospitals, fabrics for tailors in Kiev – 720 kg
August 21st. – Support for transportation to Kherson was transferred to the father of a Ukrainian volunteer who went to Ukraine –
a personal sewing machine donated by the foundation's volunteer Tatjana Narkevičienė; blue and yellow fabrics for sewing the Ukrainian national flag, fabrics for needlework for a children's daycare center in Kherson; items for the hospital (canes, crutches, 2 boxes of medicine) – 35 kg.
September 1st. (support is ready in August) - support for Ukrainian Charity and Support Funds Благодийна Оргинация Благодийный Фонд Natalії Tkachuk (Luck), Благодийна организация «ЮА» (Lviv), Благодийна организация Благодийный фонд "Захисница" (Zaporizhia) (driver Antanas Ščiupokas):

Lutsk – washing powder (19.6 kg), medical walkers (50 kg), clothing and footwear for civilians (1158 kg), computer monitors, printer (58 kg), stationery and school supplies, baby carriages and toys (59.3 kg) – 1344.9 kg. Zaporizhia – fabric for tailors in Zaporizhia (691 kg), 1 parcel for forwarding to Dnipropetrovsk region (22.4 kg) – 713.4 kg.
The total weight is 5181 kg.

Revenue – 1355.93 EUR
Costs – 749.64 EUR.
The balance as of August 31 was – 846.57 EUR. The expenses were allocated to – UAB “Hilla”, UAB “Granplasta”, UAB “Aera Nostra”, UAB “Kesko Senukai”, and the shopping center “Maxima”.
On August 24, 400 euros were collected during an event held at the Kaunas Palace of Culture on the occasion of Ukrainian Independence Day. funds that were transferred to Sergej Romanov on the basis of the act of transfer and acceptance (the funds were used to purchase fuel for cars transporting Ukrainian soldiers).
